Carroll Water is seeking an upbeat Part-Time Lead Generator / Customer Service representative to represent our brand in big box retail locations. You’ll be the first contact with potential customers, sparking interest in our whole home water systems and gathering leads for our sales team.

We offer $20/hour base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities, flexible scheduling with weekend hours, paid training, and ongoing support in a growing, family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Represent Carroll Water at retail locations and events.
• Engage shoppers and spark interest in our water systems.
• Gather and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Provide outstanding customer experience and answer questions.
• Set up and breakdown demo displays as needed.
• Stand up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
