Job summary

Carroll Water is seeking a Part-Time Lead Generator / Customer Service to represent our brand in retail locations. You’ll engage shoppers, spark interest in our clean water systems, and collect leads for the sales team.

This role offers $20/hour base plus bonuses, weekend hours, paid training, and room to grow in a family-owned company. You’ll stand up to 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and join a friendly, support-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Represent Carroll Water at retail store locations, events, and promotional activities.
• Approach and engage shoppers in friendly conversation.
• Educate customers on the benefits of our water systems in a clear, approachable way.
• Collect and qualify leads for our sales team to follow up.
• Provide an excellent customer experience while answering general questions.
• Share customer feedback with the marketing team to help improve outreach.
