Job summary

Carroll Water is hiring a Part-Time Lead Generator / Customer Service representative to engage shoppers in retail locations, educate them about whole home water systems, and generate leads for the sales team.

The role is up to 30 hours per week, with weekend shifts and occasional evenings. Base pay is $20/hour with commissions/bonuses, paid training, and growth opportunities within a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to connect with people.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Availability on weekends (some evenings may be required).

Responsibilities

• Represent Carroll Water at retail store locations, events, and promotional activities.
• Approach and engage shoppers in friendly conversation.
• Educate customers on the benefits of our water systems.
• Collect and qualify leads for the sales team to follow up.
• Provide an excellent customer experience while answering general questions.
• Share customer feedback with the marketing team to improve outreach.
• Stand up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Set up and breakdown demo displays when needed.
