Carroll Water is seeking a friendly Part-Time Lead Generator / Customer Service representative to engage shoppers at retail locations in Frederick, MD, sparking interest in our home water systems and gathering leads for our sales team. You’ll deliver an excellent customer experience and educate customers on our benefits.

The role offers $20/hour base pay plus commission opportunities, weekend availability, and paid training in a growing, family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Weekend availability (some evenings may be required).
• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Carroll Water at retail store locations, events, and promotional activities.
• Approach and engage shoppers in friendly conversation.
• Educate customers on the benefits of our water systems in a clear, approachable way.
• Collect and qualify leads for the sales team to follow up.
• Provide an excellent customer experience while answering general questions.
• Share customer feedback with the marketing team to help improve outreach efforts.
• Stand for up to 8 hours.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Set up and breakdown demo display when needed.
