Job summary

Business Network International is seeking a Launch Director Consultant in North Miami/Adventura, FL. The role involves generating leads, coaching prospects, and driving sales while working 20-25 hours per week and often outside standard hours. You will attend events and manage a sales pipeline to build forming Chapters.

Requirements include a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and 2+ years in sales. May require evenings or weekends to meet prospective Members' needs.

Qualifications

• Strong time management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• 2+ years’ professional work experience in sales preferred.
• Experience in customer support and account management.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and profit goals through prospecting and closing at external events.
• Educate prospects on the benefits of BNI services weekly.
• Close sales after meetings to reduce Membership churn and maximize value.
• Develop and implement a sales pipeline and recruitment strategy.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales leads and Member accounts in software.
• Coach applicants to learn and hit key milestones.
• Participate in weekly calls to report status and challenges.
• Other duties as assigned by US Core Leadership.
