Job summary

Qualifications

• IBCLC certification required.
• BLS within 90 days of employment.
• 3–5 years lactation services experience in an OB/GYN setting.
• High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan lactation care for breastfeeding and chest-feeding dyads.
• Collaborate with obstetric and nursing teams to promote breastfeeding.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
• Maintain up-to-date records and contribute to quality improvement.
