Qualifications

• Current RN license in Virginia
• IBCLC credential within two years of hire
• BLS certification (Healthcare Provider) by AHA
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist mothers choosing to breastfeed and support lactation goals
• Provide lactation assessments, plans, and education
• Collaborate with nursing and care teams to coordinate lactation care
