Qualifications

• Experience with commercial kitchen equipment preferred.
• Basic HVAC knowledge is helpful.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Merrychef ovens.
• Repair and maintain commercial toasters and small kitchen appliances.
• Perform light preventative maintenance on air conditioning units, walk-in coolers and refrigeration equipment.
• Replace minor parts (switches, fans, heating elements, belts, etc.).
• Coordinate with management when outside vendors are required.
• Maintain basic service records for repairs and maintenance performed.
