This role is ideal for someone with experience in appliance repair, restaurant equipment service, HVAC, or general mechanical maintenance who wants flexible part-time work.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial kitchen equipment preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigeration helpful.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Merrychef ovens.
• Repair and maintain commercial toasters and small kitchen appliances.
• Perform light preventative maintenance on air conditioning units.
• Inspect walk-in coolers and refrigeration equipment.
• Replace minor parts (switches, fans, heating elements, belts, etc.).
• Identify issues before major breakdowns occur.
• Coordinate with management when outside vendors are required.
• Maintain basic service records for repairs and maintenance performed.
