Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• 1+ years professional cooking experience preferred
• Knowledge of safe food handling guidelines including cross contamination, proper storage, rotation and preparation

Responsibilities

• Create menus using donated foods and purchased items
• Prepare food for all program and Corps events
• Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of the kitchen
• Adhere to ServSafe food handling regulations
• Order all food and program supplies
• Ensure food orders and deliveries are recorded and put away
• Perform other duties as assigned
