The Salvation Army USA Eastern Territory is seeking a part-time Prep Cook to support the Worship & Arts Food Service and Events team at the Kroc Center. Qualifications

• 2 years of professional cooking experience.
• Knife skills: dice, chop, julienne.
• Good character and ability to follow directions.
• Willing to work a variety of schedules and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food in an attractive manner.
• Work in the dish pit and bussing/cleaning tables.
• Use excellent communication with staff and clients.
• Ensure a safe and healthy environment for patrons.
• Follow standardized recipes and kitchen procedures.
• Work evenings and weekend hours for events.
• Maintain good personal hygiene.
