Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older at time of employment.
• 1 year retail sales experience, preferred.
• 1 year food prep and/or kitchen operations experience, preferred.
• Valid Food Handlers Certification.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Passion for community engagement and providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Sur La Table’s brand by delivering memorable, educational experiences that inspire loyalty.
• Stay current on products through training and self-study.
• Lead a guest-focused culture in both kitchen and retail spaces.
• Assist chefs with class execution to drive enrollment and positive feedback.
• Maintain inventory, cleanliness, and organization of kitchen and class areas.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and SOPs.
