Estée Lauder Companies in Orlando seeks a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

You will coach and mentor the sales team, model authentic interactions, handle cash reconciliations, and participate in opening and closing the store on a rota. This is the first step toward a career with a prestige beauty leader.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Desirable: cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
• Desirable: supervisory experience coaching/mentoring others.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software.
• Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver inspirational customer service.
• Mentor and coach the sales team to meet sales and service targets.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations.
• Perform cash reconciliations and end-of-day procedures.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
• Maintain store standards during busy periods.
