Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in Orlando, FL. You will coach the sales team to deliver inspirational and personalized customer service, ensuring sales and service targets are met.

You will handle cash reconciliations, assist with opening and closing the store on a rota, and bring retail excellence to daily operations. This role offers growth within a leader in prestige beauty and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to coach and mentor sales team for exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and related financial tasks.
• Open and close the store on a rotating schedule.
