Job Title and Details

Senior Engineer – Delta Airlines – Hartford, USA – $20-30 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and implement projects, fixes, and modifications for airplane interiors, including seats, restrooms, and galleys.
  • Collaborate with partners such as Maintenance, Construction, Design, and Materials to coordinate projects and alterations.
  • Write and review design reports related to projects, including emergency design fixes, activity approvals, and AMDS (Airplane Support Record Framework) work cards.
  • Mentor junior design staff and centers to improve design records and support program execution.
  • Ensure airworthiness and administrative compliance of designs.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a project‑design environment.

  • Prior experience in a commercial, military, OEM, or MRO setting.
  • Background in design projects or program oversight.
  • Involvement in configuration or supplemental test documentation.
