The Department of Financial Services, Criminal Investigations Division, is seeking a Part-Time Office Automation Specialist I in Tallahassee. The role supports IT operations, provides on-site technical assistance, and maintains hardware and software for division staff.

Candidates must have a high school diploma, strong Microsoft Office skills, and experience with basic hardware/software repairs; a Florida driver’s license is required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Experience providing technical support or assistance to computer users.
• Experience installing or performing minor repairs on computer hardware, software, or peripheral devices.
• VALID Driver’s License from the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles by time of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and set up computers for new employees.
• Provide on-site and telephone assistance for hardware/software issues.
• Provide basic technical troubleshooting and support to staff.
• Assist in analyzing and resolving problems with the ACISS case management system.
• Maintain and update assigned databases.
• Lift and transport computer equipment up to 30 pounds.
• Perform other duties to support the agency’s operations.
