Job summary

Florida Association of Court Clerks & Comptrollers is seeking a Support Specialist - Help Desk in Tallahassee, FL. You will handle initial intake of end-user requests via calls, emails, faxes and web-apps, perform triage, and resolve basic incidents and service requests.

This role requires strong communication, customer service, and documentation in the incident system. No relocation or sponsorship available, with Civitek Solutions supporting Florida’s Clerks and Comptrollers.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent required.
• Four years customer service experience preferred in technical service desk support.
• Strong communication, analytical and instructional skills.
• Experience with court operations or state agency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service desk phone lines, faxes, voicemail, web-apps and email to support end-users promptly and courteously.
• Follow escalation procedures and classify incidents, logging in the incident management tool.
• Provide daily status updates on outstanding requests to supervisors and staff.
• Relate written and verbal solutions to customers as directed by supervisors and analysts.
• Maintain knowledge of applications, suggest improvements and communicate with colleagues professionally.
