Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides quality ITS service support to FSU Students, Faculty and Staff regarding computing needs.
• Performs routine tasks in high level and secure systems.
• Configures, maintains, troubleshoots, or modifies computer, software, hardware, multimedia equipment, and related devices.
• Initiates routine diagnostics to determine cause of equipment or software failure and follows standard procedures for problem resolution.
• Installs and customizes application software.
• A State vehicle or golf cart may be used to reach site premises; a valid driver’s license is required.
