Job summary

Gr8ttek, LLC is seeking a part-time Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. The role covers hardware break-fix services at client sites, with a focus on timely troubleshooting and professional customer communication.

You will manage service calls and asset control while supporting team goals. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and a personal repair toolkit.

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to drive yourself to client locations and carry basic repair tools.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer break-fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicating clearly in written and verbal form.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned.
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues.
