• Must own a basic repair toolkit and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware break-fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Accept and deliver service calls and complete related admin tasks.
• Manage asset and inventory control; may guide colleagues.
