Job summary

Gr8ttek is seeking a part-time Field Specialist to support its Infrastructure Delivery team. The role involves on-site hardware break-fix work at client locations, with emphasis on clear communication, timely service calls, and diligent administration to track assets and inventory.

The ideal candidate has technical school certification or equivalent and 1–2 years of relevant experience, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer break fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicating clearly in written and verbal form.
• Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned.
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory.
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues.
