Smarty, LLC is seeking a part-time IT Associate in Utah (Orem) to keep our equipment and systems running securely during normal business hours. You’ll solve problems, configure devices, manage licenses, and help teammates with training and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field completed coursework.
• Experience delivering technical customer service preferred.
• Part-time role: 20-25 hours per week, onsite 9am–5pm.
• Willingness to learn and help others.
• SOC2 awareness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting, training, and support to Smarty team members.
• Configure and manage equipment, licenses, and assets.
• Manage network devices and the Smarty phone system.
• Develop and help implement policies for evolving business needs.
• Maintain facilities including HVAC, furniture, and installations.
