Starting wage ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour with flexible scheduling and paid training. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in inventory roles, strong customer service skills, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license may be required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background and drug screen if required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Serve as a primary contact for inventory-related concerns and collaborate with District/Area Managers to drive operational excellence.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations as needed.
