Job summary

WIS International is seeking a Retail Supervisor - Inventory (Part-Time) to coach and develop Inventory Associates across multiple retail locations. The role emphasizes accurate inventory practices and consistent workflows, with travel to stores as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Serve as a primary contact for resolving inventory concerns with District/Area Managers.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations.
