Job summary

WIS International is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor - Inventory to coach and develop Inventory Associates, maintain accuracy, and travel to retail locations. You will be a key contact for inventory concerns and collaborate with District and Area Managers to drive operational excellence.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, reliability, and a positive team attitude, with training provided and potential for future advancement. Minimum two years in inventory roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required.
• A valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns and partner with the District Managers and Area Managers driving operational excellence
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Travel to retail locations
