Job summary

Retail Services WIS Corporation is hiring a part‑time Retail Supervisor – Inventory with a starting wage of $19.00–$21.00 per hour. The role involves coaching Inventory Associates, ensuring accurate stock processes, and traveling to retail locations to support district managers.

Flexible schedules and paid training are provided. Ideal candidates have at least two years in an inventory role, excellent communication, and a customer‑focused approach.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen if required.
• A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting driver requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory-related concerns and partner with District Managers and Area Managers to drive operational excellence.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations.
