WIS International is hiring a part-time Retail Supervisor – Inventory with a starting wage of $19.50–$22.50 per hour. The role focuses on coaching Inventory Associates, maintaining accuracy, and traveling to retail locations to drive operational excellence.

Flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for promotion are highlighted. Applicants should be 21+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 2 years in a related inventory role, with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns and partner with the District Managers and Area Managers driving operational excellence
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Travel to retail locations
