WIS International is hiring a part-time Retail Supervisor – Inventory. Starting wage is $18.00–$22.00 per hour, with flexible scheduling and paid training.

This role involves coaching Inventory Associates, traveling to retail locations, and driving accuracy and operational excellence across districts. Ideal candidates bring at least two years in inventory or similar roles, strong communication skills, reliable transportation, and a team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management.
• Customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
• Flexible schedules and varying hours to support district commitments.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Resolve inventory-related concerns with District/Area Managers.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations as needed.
