Job summary

WIS International seeks a part-time Retail Supervisor – Inventory to lead, train, and coach Inventory Associates across multiple retail locations. You will travel to stores, maintain accuracy in stock control, and support district and area managers to achieve operational excellence.

Starting wage is $20.00–$22.00 per hour, with flexible scheduling and paid training. Benefits include a 401(k) plan, health/dental/vision/life/disability coverage, and referral bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required.
• A valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns and partner with the District Managers and Area Managers driving operational excellence
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Travel to retail locations
