Job summary

Behavior Frontiers is seeking an Intake Success Coordinator to be the first point of contact for families seeking services. You will convert inquiries into qualified program enrollments and clearly communicate the value of services.

This fast-paced role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and multitasking abilities to meet weekly and monthly KPIs while collaborating with Clinical, Sales, Recruitment, and Scheduling teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Experience closing leads.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of PHI.
• Ability to pass FBI & DOJ fingerprinting.
• Negative TB test results.
• Valid government ID.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume inbound calls and inquiries, converting prospective families into qualified program enrollment.
• Communicate with prospective clients through clear, timely communications.
• Respond promptly to referral sources and inbound leads, driving engagement and conversion timelines.
• Build trust and rapport while guiding families to guide decision-making in choosing their service provider.
• Efficiently gather key information and qualify potential clients.
• Communicate the value of Behavior Frontiers’ services with clarity and confidence.
• Create and maintain lead profiles in Salesforce with a high degree of data integrity.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience for every family.
• Collaborate with teams including Clinical, Sales, Recruitment, and Scheduling.
• Maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive sustained lead generation.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs and performance targets.
