Responsibilities

• Front Desk Management: greet patients, answer phones, direct calls, manage email and correspondence.
• Scheduling: arrange patient appointments, follow-ups, and procedures, manage staff calendars.
• Patient Coordination: assist with intake forms, explain procedures, assist with referrals.
• Patient Records & Data: update and maintain electronic health records (EHR), patient histories, insurance information.
• Billing & Insurance: process payments, handle inquiries, and communicate with insurers.
• Office Operations: order supplies, organize files, manage mail and package deliveries.
