Job summary

Malone University in Canton, Ohio seeks an Institutional Data Coordinator (Part Time Professional) to provide critical data management support for the Director of Financial Aid & Institutional Research. The role includes compiling data for IPEDS cohorts, Peterson’s, NCAA, and HLC, and maintaining the university catalog and Credential Engine inventory.

You will respond to internal data requests, ensure data integrity, and support institutional reporting and assessment efforts across campus.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (sorting, data validation, formatting, VLOOKUP).
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Comfort learning specialized software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data collection for institutional and external reports (IPEDS Cohorts, Peterson’s, HLC Annual, NCAA, Ohio reporting).
• Respond to internal requests for institutional data and ensure data integrity.
• Compile data for university assessment and webpages.
• Maintain Catalog content using Modern Campus Catalog TM and Credential Engine inventories.
