Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business, or a similar field with five years’ experience.
• One to two years of experience in institutional research, data management, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field may substitute for the Associate’s degree and five-year experience only.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Detail‑oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain performance standards and pursue goals aligned with the College’s mission.
• Assist in completing internal and external data requests with accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Regularly use Excel to manage, clean, and analyze institutional data, including large datasets and complex formulas.
• Co‑manage the data request management system for timely organization and response.
• Assist in conducting internal data audits to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
• Prepare data for Fletcher Facts reports and the PHI reports.
• Maintain and update the data warehouse with Cognos reports at key reporting points.
