Sorenson Communications seeks an Installer/Trainer to support Natchez, MS area. This part-time role trains customers at their homes, installs CaptionCall phones, and promotes the service. The position offers flexibility and growth potential and requires strong customer-service skills.

Candidates should have basic computer knowledge, sales experience, and experience working with seniors and in hearing health. Travel is under 25%.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Sales experience.
• Experience in hearing health field.
• Experience with senior citizens.

Responsabilidades

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service.
• Create lead generation activities and generate referrals.
• Attend and participate in trade shows and other corporate events as assigned.
• Guide other CaptionCall activities and make recommendations for expanding the breadth and reach of the business.
• Recruit and refer potential Installer/Trainer candidates to aid and support local installations and events.
• Complete service calls as assigned.
• Accurately maintain customer records.
• Complete required reports and submit invoices and feedback on customer interactions.
• Retrieve and clean phones of former customers.
• Maintain adequate inventory of equipment and supplies in order to service customers.
• Adapt to new responsibilities as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
