Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in West Allis, WI seeks a part-time BCBA to provide ABA services in an inpatient setting. You will conduct FBAs, develop and implement BIPs, and collaborate with therapists, RNs, and physicians to support 24/7 care.

Requirements include a Master’s in ABA/psychology, BCBA certification, and at least 2 years of BCBA experience with FBAs and BIPs. CPR and NCI training are required within specified timelines. Interdisciplinary teamwork and crisis intervention are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years BCBA experience with FBAs and BIPs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs to identify function of challenging behaviors.
• Develop and implement individualized BIPs.
• Monitor and adjust BIPs based on data analysis.
• Document progress per policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for coordinated care.
• Provide training to nursing staff and technicians.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and offer clinical input.
• Assist with crisis intervention and safety planning.
