Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in West Allis, Wisconsin is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) services in an inpatient setting. You will conduct assessments, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care.

The ideal candidate has a Master's Degree in a related field, certification as a BCBA, and at least two years of experience. This full-time position offers health benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as a BCBA in an inpatient setting.
• Training in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) required within sixty days of hire.
• American Heart Association CPR certification required within thirty days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify challenging behaviors.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team for comprehensive care.
