Rogers Memorial Hospital, Inc. seeks a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services in an inpatient setting in Wisconsin. You will perform FBAs, design and monitor BIPs, and train staff within a 20-hour-per-week schedule.

Collaborating with psychiatrists, nurses, and therapists, you will contribute to a safe, therapeutic environment and provide data-driven support for patient progress and safety initiatives.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Two years of FBA/BIP experience preferred, especially in psychiatric inpatient settings.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the function of challenging behaviors.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on FBA results.
• Provide training and ongoing support to nursing staff, mental health technicians, and other treatment team members.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated care.
• Document patient progress and data in accordance with policies.
• Escalate trends to site leadership for program development.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and provide clinical recommendations.
• Assist with crisis intervention and workplace safety.
