Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs to identify functions of challenging behaviors.
• Develop individualized BIPs based on FBA results.
• Implement and monitor BIPs; collect and analyze data.
• Document progress and data per facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for cohesive care.
• Provide training and support to nursing staff and technicians.
• Participate in treatment team meetings with clinical input.
• Assist in workplace safety initiatives and crisis intervention.
