Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Wisconsin's Oconomowoc campus seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services in an inpatient setting, conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and guiding staff with data-driven interventions within a 24/7 care framework.

You will collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, therapists, and other team members, supervise RBTs if needed, and ensure ethical practice and confidential care, with a strong interdisciplinary approach and crisis intervention

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification required (state certified where applicable).
• Minimum of two years’ BCBA experience with FBAs and BIPs in behavioral health.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire; NCI training per policy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs to identify functions of behaviors.
• Develop and implement individualized BIPs.
• Monitor and analyze data to evaluate outcomes.
• Document progress per facility policies.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, therapists, and staff.
• Provide training and guidance on ABA principles to team.
