Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Brown Deer, WI is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide ABA services within an inpatient setting. You will conduct FBAs, design BIPs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support 24/7 care.

Responsibilities include data collection, staff training on ABA methods, crisis intervention, and ensuring ethical, confidential care in a fast-paced psychiatric environment on the Brown Deer campus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, or related health field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum of two years’ BCBA experience working with behavioral health needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs to identify the function of challenging behaviors.
• Develop individualized BIPs based on FBA results and data collection.
• Implement and monitor BIPs, analyze data, and adjust as needed.
• Document progress and data per facility policies.
• Collaborate with the treatment team for coordinated care.
• Provide training and ongoing support to nursing staff and technicians on ABA methods.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and risk/crisis interventions.
