Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Wisconsin is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our Oconomowoc campus. You will provide ABA services in an inpatient setting, conduct assessments, and develop intervention plans with CBT/DBT approaches.

You will train staff, collaborate with therapists, RNs, and physicians, monitor progress, and ensure safety and therapeutic care 24/7. A Master’s degree and BCBA are required, with inpatient experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA/psychology or related field.
• BCBA certification required and active in practice.
• Minimum two years of BCBA experience in behavioral health, preferably inpatient.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs to identify the function of challenging behaviors.
• Develop and implement BIPs based on FBA results with evidence-based strategies.
• Provide training to nursing staff and treatment team on ABA principles.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
• Escalate trends for program development to site leadership.
• Assist with crisis intervention and safety for patients and staff.
