Rogers Memorial Hospital, Inc. is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services in an inpatient setting. Responsibilities include FBAs, developing BIPs, staff training, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, therapeutic 24/7 care.

Strong data collection and ethical practice are essential. Requirements include a Master’s degree in ABA/psychology or related field and current BCBA certification.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, or related health field.
• BCBA certification required within state of practice.

Aufgaben

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the function of challenging behaviors.
• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on FBA results with data collection and analysis.
• Implement and monitor BIPs, and adjust as needed based on data.
• Provide training to nursing staff, mental health technicians, and treatment team on ABA principles.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team for coordinated care.
• Escalate trends for program development to site leadership and contribute to treatment team discussions.
• Supervise RBTs or other technicians when applicable, offering guidance and feedback.
• Engage in crisis intervention and workplace safety activities.
