Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Part-time Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Greeley, CO area. The role involves direct patient care, assessments, care planning, and education in home or alternate sites, with on-call rotation as needed.

Requires Colorado RN license, BSN preferred, 3 years infusion experience, and comfort with IV access. Travel up to 2 hours with mileage reimbursement; part-time schedule is 30–39 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Colorado in good standing.
• BSN preferred from an accredited program.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience with infusion therapy experience.
• Proficient in peripheral IV insertion and port access.
• Ability to work in home-based care and cover travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for assigned patients and coordinate with care team.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home infusion therapy.
• Assess home environment and ensure safety for prescribed care.
• Develop and evaluate the plan of care with the team.
• Manage scheduling via company platform and communicate changes.
• Maintain documentation of all patient encounters per policy.
