Soleo Health Inc is seeking a Part-time Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Boulder, CO and surrounding areas. This role involves direct patient care, education, and coordination of home infusion therapies.

The ideal candidate has an RN license in Colorado, 3+ years nursing experience with infusion exposure, and strong IV/port access skills. Flexible scheduling and mileage reimbursement are offered.

Qualificações

• Current RN license in good standing with Colorado Board of Nursing.
• BSN preferred from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with infusion therapy experience preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in peripheral IV insertion and vascular access.
• Experience administering infusion therapies (biologics, IV hydration) preferred.
• Advanced certifications (e.g., CRNI, ONS) preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care for assigned patients including initiation and communications with care team.
• Educate patient/caregiver to safely administer home infusion therapy and provide instruction as indicated.
• Evaluate home environment and identify safety interventions for prescribed care.
• Develop and evaluate plan of care with team; monitor response to therapy.
• Manage schedule via company platform; communicate scheduling changes promptly.
• Coordinate patient care via approved company platform.
• Participate in nurse on-call rotation to ensure continuous nursing support.
• Document all patient encounters and care activities per policy and state guidance.
• Maintain knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, and clinical standards.
• Ensure timely submission of POTs and clinical documents per policy.
