Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Part-time Infusion RN to support infusion patients in Boulder, CO and surrounding areas. This role requires driving to patient homes and coordinating with the care team to deliver safe, high-quality infusion therapy.

The RN will assess, educate, and document patient care, manage IV access, and collaborate with pharmacists and prescribers. Colorado RN license required; BSN preferred; 3 years of nursing experience with infusion preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license in good standing.
• BSN preferred from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience with infusion therapy preferred.
• Demonstrated peripheral IV (PIV) insertion, high first-pass success rate.
• Comfort with accessing implanted ports (PACs/Port-a-Caths) and troubleshooting vascular access.
• Experience administering infusion therapies (biologics, immunoglobulins, IV hydration).
• Advanced certifications (CRNI, ONS, IgRN) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for assigned patients including initiating and maintaining infusion therapy.
• Educate patients and care partners on safe home infusion administration.
• Assess home environment and implement safety interventions.
• Develop and evaluate care plans with the care team.
• Coordinate patient care via approved platforms and document encounters per policy.
• Participate in on-call rotation for continuous nursing support.
• Maintain knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, and standards.
