Job summary

Soleo Health Inc is seeking a Part-time Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Brighton, CO area. This role requires RN licensure in Colorado, infusion experience, and willingness to drive to patient homes. Competitive benefits and a flexible 30–39 hour work week are offered.

You will assess, plan, and educate patients receiving infusion therapy, coordinate with care teams, and participate in on-call rotations while maintaining compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing with the Colorado Board of Nursing.
• BSN from an accredited program preferred.
• Minimum 3 years clinical nursing, infusion therapy preferred.
• Experience with peripheral IV insertion and port access.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient education skills.
• Experience with home infusion protocols and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including initiation and maintenance of home infusion therapy.
• Educate patients and care partners on safe home infusion administration.
• Assess homes for safety and suitability for prescribed care.
• Develop and evaluate the care plan with the team for each patient encounter.
• Manage scheduling and coordinate care via company platform.
• Coordinate patient care with pharmacists, prescribers, and home care staff.
• Participate in nurse on-call rotation for continuous support.
• Document all patient encounters and care activities per policy.
