Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Part-time Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Longmont, CO area and surrounding communities. The role involves direct patient care, education, and coordination of home infusion services in accordance with care plans and policies.

Qualifications include Colorado RN license, 3+ years nursing, infusion therapy and IV access experience, and the ability to drive to patient sites. Mileage reimbursement and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in good standing in Colorado.
• BSN preferred from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, infusion therapy preferred.
• Expertise in peripheral IV insertion with high first-pass success.
• Comfort with accessing implanted ports and troubleshooting vascular access.
• Experience with a range of infusion therapies and IV hydration preferred.
• Advanced certifications (CRNI, ONS, IgRN) preferred but not required.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking and patient education skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including initiation and maintenance of infusion therapy.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home infusion safety and procedures.
• Coordinate care with care team members and community resources.
• Document encounters and ensure plans of treatment are completed timely.
• Maintain knowledge of therapies, protocols, and clinical standards.
• Participate in on-call rotation for continuous nursing support.
• Manage scheduling and monitor workflows to meet organizational objectives.
