Soleo Health is hiring a part-time Infusion Nurse to deliver in-home care and infusion therapy with a focus on safety, education, and coordination with pharmacists, prescribers, and care partners. You will assess patients, develop care plans, and ensure timely documentation and regulatory compliance.

The role requires an active Colorado RN license, 3+ years nursing experience with infusion preferred, and ability to drive to patient homes.

Qualifikationen

• RN license in good standing with Colorado Board of Nursing.
• BSN preferred from an accredited program.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience; infusion experience strongly preferred.

• Provide direct care for assigned patients, including initiation and maintenance of communications with care team members.
