Qualifications

• Current RN license in Colorado in good standing.
• BSN degree preferred; specialty infusion training valued.
• Experience with home infusion therapy and care coordination.
• Strong communication and emergency response abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct home infusion nursing care and care coordination.
• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy at home.
• Coordinate with care team and document encounters per policy.
• Participate in on-call rotation and ensure regulatory compliance.
