Soleo Health is seeking a Part-time Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Brighton, CO area. The role emphasizes direct patient care, home infusion education, and coordination with the care team to maintain high-quality service.

Responsibilities include assessment, care planning, documentation, and timely communication using our approved platforms. Mileage reimbursement and competitive hourly pay accompany this opportunity, with a focus on safety and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with Colorado Board of Nursing.
• BSN preferred from an accredited program.
• Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience; infusion therapy preferred.
• Demonstrated peripheral IV (PIV) insertion skills; first-attempt success preferred.
• Ability to access and de-access implanted ports (PACs/Port-a-Caths).
• Experience with infusion therapies (biologics, IV hydration) preferred.
• Advanced certifications (CRNI/ONS/IgRN) preferred but not required.
• ICU/CCU/Oncology/vascular access experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills.
• Proactive administrative oversight and scheduling awareness.
• Emergency availability, including nights/weekends/holidays as needed.
• Proficiency with Outlook and Office; familiarity with AlayaCare/CPR+/Insight/Concur/Paylocity.
• Excellent communication and independent/collaborative work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care for infusion therapy in home or alternate sites.
• Educate patients and care partners on home infusion procedures.
• Evaluate patient home environments and ensure safety for prescribed care.
• Develop and evaluate plans of care with the care team.
• Manage schedules using company platform and communicate changes.
• Coordinate patient care with pharmacists, prescribers, and care partners.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support continuous nursing services.
• Document encounters and care activities per Soleo policy and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, and clinical standards.
• Ensure timely submission of plans of treatment and related documents.
